Every matter before the office, with the lodge it comes from, the stage it has reached and any fine levied. Names and what was said stay private — only the members concerned and the office see those.

How a case moves
- 1Open
Superadmin & President
A case is opened and recorded. The superadmin and the President are notified at once, and the President assigns the Dicaba to inform every member involved.
- 2In review
Dicaba
Once the members involved have been informed, the case moves into review. The Dicaba convenes one or more hearing meetings and the matter is heard in full.
- 3Resolved
Dicaba
A fine is levied on the party found guilty. Once that fine has been paid, the case is marked resolved and the fine levied is recorded on the case file.
- 4Closed
Office
With the hearing done and the fine settled, the case is moved to closed and kept on the record.
